Thank you for utilizing TLC's magic ingredient of heart calls to benefit you, your practice and your life. The individual heart calls are meant to be used as individual deep dives into subjects affecting your heart and are available to you as TLC Core members on a quarterly or monthly basis. Ideal check-ins would be monthly if your heart coach's schedule allows for that availability.

Please only schedule 1 heart call per month.

Please also utilize our two weekly heart calls – Tuesdays at 10am EST and Wednesdays at 1pm EST – to give more opportunity to address immediate heart topics.
